Tuition and fees at ICCS vary between the Lower, Middle and Upper Schools.

Cathedral Parishioner: An 8% tuition discount will be granted to families who are registered, contributing (time, talent and/or treasure) parishioners of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. The discount will be added after an Active Catholic Verification" form is returned and verified by Cathedral pastor or the parish staff. Contact the Admissions Office for the Verification Form. Note: This verification of active parishioner status must be updated annually.
Multi-Student: Families with more than one child enrolled will receive a $400 discount.

Tuition assistance is available for students from kindergarten through 8th grade. Tuition assistance is not available for Pre-K and JK, as tuition is tax deductible as a childcare expense. Because tuition assistance is simply a discount to tuition, funds are limited and are given on a first-come/first-served basis, with FACTS application showing verified need.
To verify financial aid need, ICCS uses a third-party company called FACTS Management. The cost to complete the application for financial assistance is $30 and the application process opens January 1, 2021 for the 21/22 school year.

FACTS also collects monthly payments during the school year with automatic checking account withdrawals. After registration go to the above website to set up your monthly payment withdrawal. Payments can be made on either the 1st or the 20th of each month.
Pre-K through 8th grade
$15/day for 1-3 days or $60.00 for a full week.
The ESP is available until 6pm and is on an as-needed basis. After enrolling in ESP, parents are charged only for the times their child attends. After-school snacks are provided, and homework assistance is available. ESP is available on school half-days but is not open for fall or spring breaks, Christmas break, or other national or religious holidays.
