Parent Involvement

ICCS Home and School Association

Parent-school Partnership

The parent-school partnership is vital to our school's success. In the same way we expect our students to provide community service during their years at ICCS, we ask parents to participate in as many school service activities as possible. Your time and talent will be the key to the success of our Fall Festival/Chili Cookoff; and other events throughout the school year.

Volunteering through the Home and School Association is a wonderful way to get involved. You’ll meet other parents and take an active role in the school community. You’ll also have a lot of fun!  HSA meetings held during the school year will give you a chance to stay informed, learn about upcoming events, and enjoy fellowship with other ICCS parents.  Each HSA meeting you attend will also count toward the 15 hours of volunteer service we ask each parent to give this school year.

Home and School Association Meetings 2023-24

Monthly meetings are held on a Wednesday evening at 6pm in the second-floor conference room. Free childcare will be provided by our Extended School Program staff while parents attend the meeting.

Students whose parents attend a meeting will be allowed to dress out of uniform on a day specified by the principal.

Upcoming Meeting dates:
February 21
March 20
April 17

The parent-school partnership is the basis for each student's success and the overall success of our school.
