In celebration of St. Joseph's Feast Day, ICCS students recently participated in the ancient Catholic custom of creating a St. Joseph Altar surrounded by food to share with the less fortunate. Following Mass, students gathered in the cafeteria, where Deacon Bill Pettit explained St. Joseph's significance in The Church and bestowed a blessing on the Altar. Following custom, food from the Altar will be shared with the St. Vincent de Paul Society to be distributed to individuals in need.
